During your first visit with a member of the team, you will receive a full medical history and thorough exam, including calculating your body mass index (BMI) and customizing the weight loss program to help you reach your goal weight. Bloodwork is ordered if needed. The weight loss program consists of monthly visits with a provider. Your medical-assisted weight loss program includes: Body mass index (BMI) calculation Vitamin B12 injections (optional) FDA-approved weight loss medication Low-carbohydrate diet Exercise program You will meet with a provider every two weeks for guidance throughout your weight loss journey.
